A big shift actually. Harvey the edge of the rain, boston, i95, points south and east. It is dry to the southwest. That rain will move through the cape, exiting. In the cold air will continue to flow in. I mentioned it is starting to feel chillier. Slowly, but surely, the wind will pick up and we will have wind and the Colder Weather that is over the upper midwest moving into our region tomorrow.
