According to the Fox West Texas website, a Brownwood man was arrested Saturday after leading law enforcement officers on a high-speed chase through Cisco. Fox West Texas cited a Cisco Police Department press release that states on Saturday, Jan. 16, CPD Officer Nicole Butler received a call of a reckless driver entering the city limits on Hwy 183S. According to information released on the Cisco Police Department Facebook page: On Saturday January 16, 2021, Cisco Police Officer Nicole Butler received a call of a reckless driver entering the City Limit on Hwy 183 South. The vehicle was soon located and the driver led officers on a high speed chase through the area and eventually came to a stop when it crashed into the side of a local donut shop.
