March 4, 1886: The Comet reported, âCol. S.H. Yocum moved last Monday to the residence recently purchased from Capt. S.T. Harris. Capt. Harris will move to Knoxville in a short time.â March 4, 1892: âJudge Hart and Col. Chase made a flying trip to Jonesboro yesterday,â according to The Comet. The newspaper also reported, âRev. T.B.
