Development around ballpark part of larger plan.
When the Worcester Red Sox open their third season at Polar Park on March 31 against the Syracuse Mets, the team plans on temporarily taking over the space set aside for the delayed Left Field Building, which is part of a five-building planned development slated to help pay for the $160-million public baseball stadium.
As the 14th largest city in the country and fastest-growing in the Midwest, according to Experience Columbus, Columbus, Ohio, offers opportunities allowing for unique, personalized and distinct experiences tailored to anyone visiting with an open mind.
With the main development delayed yet again, the secondary one cut in half, and the third development proposal only committed to a small phase, the City might have to expand the tax district again to pay for its stadium debt, pulling away resources for other government services.
