Where we have a bureaucracy that is totally out of control. we need to be able willing to use article 2 power to bring the state to heal, i will do that. and congress also has a role in raining and the abuses through both the power of the first and also through the legislating of clear and defined laws that are delegating huge loss of power to an elected bureaucrat. i think that one thing we can do legislatively as national school choice, we have done it in florida. it has made a huge difference for low-income families. i look at places like chicago and baltimore and l.a. the teachers unions run those areas. i don t think that there is anyway that you are going to give those kids a lifeline unless we come in through a tax credit program and offer scholarships to some of these kids. but as it is now, these kids have no chance in this dysfunctional environment. this would be a major life line. i think we can get it done and it will be a big difference. ....

Ability to actually change the laws. we need members of congress who are willing to change these laws. the administration can t do that. chris, so interesting. i asked that question a little bit out of left field, you heard her response there, though, and she said that legislating is where she feels happiest at. she feels like she can make more of a difference in the senate. she said there s a lot left on the table, even after her term is done. if you re reading the tea leaves there, it certainly sounds like sinema is comfortable where she s at. julie tsirkin, thank you for that. today marks one year since we as a nation faced one of the darkest days we ve ever had, 19 fourth grade children, two teachers all murdered by an 18-year-old shooter at robb elementary school in uvalde, texas. and for the families, friends, and the community in uvalde, this day brings back all that indescribable heartbreak and pain. take a listen to the parents of three of the kids killed on this day las ....

Get to trump and through trump to get to president biden if they want to win in the general election. i think desantis will be wise in moving forward to put the message to the democrats as jeff has mentioned, but another key point here is that the elephant in the room in the primary is electability. and donald trump has proven that he is unattractive to swing voters who will decide the general election. so what desantis will do as he has done in the past, is show look, governing and legislating is not about building a brand or social media. it is about winning. it is time for the gop to do away with the culture of losing which they have had under donald trump and speaking with people in iowa, given the reception desantis had two weeks ago as he makes his way into iowa and these early states, he will be very well received by go trump s camp on how they pla ....

As oj s exception my wife wants to kill me different power structure in the failla house. but the lot line is. this for all the push on climate change. the one thing they are never upfront about is, one, it s still getting charged by fossil fuel. pete: correct. it s not electric per se. it s not the wind. it s not the sun. power. pete: power is coming somewhere. the more reliant we become on this. the bigger the boost it becomes for china. communist china owns 75% ever the lithium batteries. buying all the infrastructure for the mining. essentially they, being the biggest polluter in the world are selling us all of this clean energy stuff. we are basically trying to quit smoking. buying the patch off the guy who has a cigar in his hand. i don t know that this going to work out for us. i m just telling you. we re trying to get expedition right now. you can t get them because the demand is so high. wait until they really start legislating. you can t have imagine what the pric ....

this is the art of legislating and the president has, as i pointed out earlier, he s got a lot of experience with this. what you also have, though, are very strong members or parts of these caucuses. i mentioned the one on the right. there are a lot of progressives in the house who are very nervous about making concessions that would require a sacrifice on the part of people who can least afford to make it relative to folks who get food stamps and medicaid and so on. and they re worried about locking in cuts for a long period of time that will shrink spending on domestic discretionary programs. so, you know, the president is feeling some pressure from the left. mccarthy is clearly feeling some pressures from the right so you have to find the sweet spot. no one is going to be happy if they come to a resolution. that is guaranteed. and the question is what can you ....
