Fowler passed away suddenly and unexpectedly Thursday, Feb. 4, 2021 at the age of 51. Tracy was born March 18, 1969 in Albuquerque, NM. In 1973 he moved to Berkley, CA with his parents and then to Los Alamos, NM in 1975. Feb. 15, 1978 Tracy was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes.
