Chains Interrupted to host human trafficking awareness event Saturday
Chains Interrupted, a Cedar Rapids-based non-profit dedicated to fighting human trafficking, will host an awareness event in which participants are invited to pour red sand into the cracks in the sidewalk, symbolizing the people who fall through the cracks of human trafficking.
