People. Well said. Now the descriptions of the attackers are vague but police say they are africanamerican males 12 to 14 years old, 4foot eight, thin build with short black hair. The second is a white male, 12 to 14 years old, 4foot eight, regular build with blond hair. They want to point out that boy has a small birthmark on his hand. Now, Police Suspect someone in that neighborhood knows these boys perhaps may have seen something yesterday afternoon. Of course, if you are those people, call New Castle County police.
