DBPD Looking For Man In Homicide Of His Relative According to a Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida press release, Williams is believed to occasionally dress in women s clothing to keep him from being captured. He s also known to have several female acquaintances who allow him to stay at their residence. They say Williams is familiar with the transient lifestyle and could be living on the streets. DBPD does have a warrant for Williams s arrest in connection to Smith s death. Zoie Bell, 14, was hit and killed by a bus outside Ulladulla High School at South Street, Ulladulla, on July 1. The 61-year-old bus driver was charged on Wednesday with negligent driving occasioning death and not stopping at a stop line. Paramedics were called to the school and set up a screen where they desperately tried to save her but she died at the scene He will appear in Milton Local Court on April 15, 2021.
