A former ski resort in Idaho Springs, Colorado, hasn't been open since the 1980s, but for the right price you can have it all to yourself.
The property is the former home of St. Mary’s Glacier Resort and was once owned by the Coors family.
The owners of the 200-acre Platte Valley Airpark in Fort Lupton, a private airport 20 minutes from Denver as the plane flies, have listed the property for sale for $4.1 million.
"Part of the dream of owning your own plane is owning your own airport," said one owner. "I hope the new owners can keep it as an economical place for people to learn to fly and keep airplanes without all the complications."
