On Sept. 1 the Carson City fitness mainstay Body by Pilates studio will be changing hands as Master trainer and founder Jan Shaw will be handing over the reins to Carson resident and certified Pilates instructor Angela Kennedy. Shaw became interested in Pilates after a chance meeting with legendary trainer Leslee Bender.
