Report of the mission to Peru 17 - 22 November Format Introduction From 17 to 22 November 2020, upon an invitation from the Government of Peru, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) conducted a mission to the Metropolitan District of Lima to gather information about the human rights situation in the context of the protests that occurred between 9 and 15 November.
