Lieutenant Brad Clark died after a tractor-trailer lost control and crashed into a fire engine at an accident scene on I-295 in October 2018. Investigators say the truck hydro-planed. A judge sentenced Lester Labarge yesterday to two years in prison for involuntary manslaughter.
