Amarillo report card notes 92 new COVID-19 cases AGN Media Friday's Amarillo Public Health Department COVID-19 report card indicated there were 92 total new cases. Per the report card, there are have been 31,051 total positive COVID-19 cases in Randall and Potter counties, with 27,345 recoveries and 557 deaths. Additionally, there are active cases 3,149 — 1,892 of which are from Randall County and 1,257 in Potter County. The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment rolled out its 5 Star State Certification program in mid-December, allowing approved counties to certify restaurants that meet strict health and safety requirements  to operate at more lenient COVID-related restrictions than the rest of the county.
