Amarillo Globe-News Monday's Amarillo Public Health Department COVID-19 report card indicated there were 140 total new cases. Per the report card, there are have been 28,537 total positive COVID-19 cases in Randall and Potter counties, with 23,627 recoveries and 473 deaths. Additionally, there are 4,437 active cases — 2,449 of which are from Randall County and 1,998 in Potter County.
