Colorado unemployment rate holds at 6.4% – BizWest
DENVER — The statewide unemployment rate in Colorado was unchanged from October to November at 6.4% but likely doesn’t include the full extent of job losses caused by several counties moving to Level Red COVID restrictions. The data, released Friday morning by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, showed 6,900 non-farm payroll jobs were lost between the two months to just more than 2.68 million, the first time that has happened since May.
