Gulf low to bring rain, coastal flooding, gusty winds to Southeast Louisiana Wednesday and Thursday
An area of low pressure is expected to develop in the Gulf of Mexico sometime Wednesday. Strong easterly winds will lead to coastal flooding and high seas. Pockets of heavy rain may lead to localized flooding for the Greater Baton Rouge area. Highest rain totals will likely stay southeast and east of Baton Rouge
