Three well-funded, influential societies have turned UPUA's operations into a real-life "House of Cards."

To promote messages of inclusion, diversity and respect, the University Park Undergraduate Association will lead an “Every Person Belongs Here” banner campaign for the fall semester. Najee Rodriguez, a first-generation college student, is officially Penn State’s new student-body vice president. As vice president, Rodriguez is responsible for chairing all UPUA meetings and sitting on various administrative task forces. After 21 hours of open polls, Erin Boas and Najee Rodriguez have been elected as undergraduate executive president and vice president, respectively, offices currently held by the outgoing Zachary McKay and Lexy Pathickal.
