Belle is in with more of that cold weather. Yes indeed. You needed the winter coat all day today. One of our coldest days since february. And in addition we have a breeze out there as well. Windchills down below 20 degrees in spots. The current windchill 18 in petersburg. And mid 20s in downtown washington. A cold night for sure. Be bundled up for evening plans. Could have overnight flurries near i81. Looks like mostly rain on monday but even colder air could lead to snow chances in the middle of the week. The evening will be cold. 33 now. Temperatures drop back into the upper 20s by 11 00 ton...
