The Licking County Engineer's Office told ABC6 construction crews arrived on Wolford Road on Friday morning to repair a collapsed bridge.
Former Licking County engineer Tm Lollo, 64, of Newark, died Feb. 25, at the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital following a brief battle with cancer.
Both entities have signed off on the second phase of an agreement that will allow right away work to begin.
