Okaloosa County middle school teacher in Florida allegedly abused a 15-year-old minor by starting a sexual relationship, according to local deputies on Friday. The defendant, Hayley Hallmark, 35, has been arrested by authorities. Hallmark was described as not only a teacher, but a coach at Ruckel Middle School in the city of Niceville.
