Five students honored as April Students of the Month with Cheboygan Area High School Cheboygan Daily Tribune CHEBOYGAN At the May 24 Cheboygan Area Schools Board of Education meeting, school board members recognized five students in eighth through 12th grade for being named April Student of the Month. If you ve ever been here before, you know that this is my favorite time of the board meeting, said board president Marianne Ridings. That is honoring our students of the month and their families. These awards were presented by teacher Haley Dawley, who coordinates the student of the month program at Cheboygan Area High School on behalf of the school district s academic boosters.
