Former The Dairy head chef Richard Falk will open a restaurant in the East Sussex town of Lewes early next month. On the former site of Limetree Kitchen, Fork is billed as a modern interpretation of a traditional neighbourhood restaurant and will serve a modern British menu that’s ‘innovative yet accessible’.
