ALPENA — After a long winter hibernation of sorts, Art in the Loft is reawakening with a soft reopening today. In a normal, non-pandemic year, WinterView would have been open all winter long, but this year is a bit different. A Limited WinterView opens today and runs through Saturday, April 3.
