林姓婦人今天下午開車行經台中大里文心南路，竟整輛車「倒頭栽」掉入「天坑」，胸部、手臂受傷送醫。台中市長盧秀燕趕到醫院探視，向受傷林婦鞠躬道歉，她說，會查明原因、追究責任，全力賠償。附近的監視器畫面顯示，今天下午1點25分左右，66歲林姓婦人開車行經時，內側車道路面就已經出現一個大坑洞，四周並未圍起警示設施，整個車頭掉進洞中。林婦自己開車門爬出車外脫困，所幸僅胸部、手臂挫傷，沒有生命危險，但飽受驚嚇。
