Lin Van Dang, Cam Thi Ho, Ho Qa Dong and Thi Nguyet Nga Ho appeared at Preston Crown Court this morning to be sentenced for their respective roles in a large-scale cannabis conspiracy. Their arrests came off the back of officers raiding houses and nail bars in Blackburn, Darwen and Bolton in 2019.
