But it also meant people stepped up in unique ways to show love to their neighbours and welcome others home. And the pandemic put prayer at the forefront of the fight. The Province announced mandatory closures and restrictions on all businesses deemed as non-critical as 24 additional cases of COVID-19 were announced in late March, bringing the total number of lab-confirmed positive and probable positive cases to 96 in Manitoba, at the time.
