Public Works Committee Talks About Service Line Warranty January 6, 2021 12:31 pm Saga Communications Spencer, IA (KICD) Tuesday night, the Spencer Public Works Committee held a meeting where they discussed the Line Warranty Program. Ron Hanson, the Chair of the committee, says it all started about 8 years ago when the program was discussed for the first time. Hanson says the discussion was about whether or not the city should be using its logo to send out mailers in regards to the program.
