A classic Queensland pub has hit the market for the first time in nearly half a century and it comes with an iconic XXXX Man standing guard over the front door.

The Nova Scotia SPCA said in a news release Tuesday that in both cases, a number of dogs that were being sold and adopted to new owners were so sick that they died.

Two women from Nova Scotia have been charged after the SPCA says a number of sick dogs were sold without certificates of health, in violation of the province’s Animal Protection Act.
