Thursday, May 13, 2021 - 6:19 pm MASSENA -- State police have charged a Massena woman after an investigation into a traffic fatality that has been ongoing since late 2019. On May 12, State Police charged 44-year-old Lisa L. Rupert of Massena, following an investigation of a Nov. 8, 2019 fatal car crash on State Route 37 in the town of Malone.
