He is a regional agronomist. Winning that award allowed Steinacher to compete for the 2021 ICCA of the year which was international. He started his education at Lincoln Land Community College in its agriculture program for two years and then transferred to Western Illinois University, where he finished his bachelor’s degree in agronomy.
