Where its actually about in cityowned garages, the language would be in the middle column where it currently reads none are required, however, if class 1 spaces that can be rented on an hourly bases are provided, they may count towards the garages requirement for class 2 spaces. Essentially, its regulated between class 1 and class 2 spaces in publicly owned garages. We want to change that language, if class 1 spaces that can be rented on an hourly basis are provided then it counts towards garages requirement for class 2 spaces.
