Paso’s Keep It Local gift card program gives people a chance to buy full-value gift cards at a 20% discount, and the city will cover the difference. “We just have to help them survive, said Paul Sloan with the city of Paso Robles. Over the last year our community, like so many communities, have just been working to find every possible solution.” Sloan said the city will fund businesses the difference up to $1,000, equating to $5,000 in sales revenue per business. ....
