2021 William Buck Premier campaign kicks off this Saturday against
Caulfield Grammarians in the clubs 101st anniversary celebrations.
At the conclusion of the 2019 season the club farewelled their longest-serving coach
Nathan Brown (former Melbourne defender) and welcomed in well respected and high-profile
VAFA coach
Paul Satterly (formerly of De La Salle and Old Xaverians).
‘Satts’ has had a long 18 months to think about this weekend coming, with no football at local level in 2020.
Speaking to the
VAFA For the Love of the Game podcast he outlined his boys are chomping at the bit to get out there and face Caulfield this Saturday “It’s a reality now, with the practice matches over the last 3 weeks, the energy around the club, the players are jumping out of their skin to play footy again”.
