According to the New York Post, 35-year old James Duffy appeared in court in April and pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the brutal death of 22-year-old Allyzibeth Lamont. According to Mr. Duffy, he was a manager at the Local Substation No. 9, which is an eatery located in Johnstown, New York and he worked along with the victim. Mr. Duffy alleges that he committed the murder under the direction of the restaurant’s owner, Georgios Kakavelos.
