Anastacio Mendoza has been indicted in reference to the wreck on Loop 11 that killed 68-year-old Diane Luckett on March 28.

62-year-old Jeffrey Boyd Dextraze was booked into the Wichita County Jail in relation to a fatal wreck that occurred in November 2022.

The closure began Thursday and will be in place until further notice, according to city officials.
