Talk About Clyde: Kehres competes in Jr. Miss North America Jeanette Ricker Rae Ann Kehres, 14, who is Jr. Miss Ohio North America, placed as third runner up in competition for the title of Jr. Miss America recently held in Orlando, Florida. To maintain her title of Jr. Miss Ohio North America, Kehres must make monthly appearances and perform community service.
