A woman made her dream a reality in Cortland, Nebraska, population: 505. Her dream involved cherry red lipstick, old-timey clothing and, most importantly, kolaches and cinnamon rolls and cakes. That dream, Paper Moon Pastries, has taken off. It's breathing new life into tiny Cortland. And it almost never happened — in fact, the woman, Lindsey, was almost never a reality.
