Relationship. that's it. that's the end. >> they don't serve high end sushi here or elaborate hiseki-inspired fare. it's almost like hipster tempura. this style of food is known as kushiage -- skewers of delicious things dipped in batter and fried, perfectly. yasuda-san orders up shrimp and basil, lotus root, octopus and pickled quail eggs. you also have to have their take on okonomiyaki, a type of egg batter pancake that can be filled with many things. for us, it's squid and brushed with worcestershire sauce. >> wow, that's awesome.
