Nashville-based TAB Homebuilders owns the multi-parcel site at 1825-1835 Third Ave. N. The 1.18-acre site sits at the southwest corner of the intersection of Third and Coffee Street, near where Third crosses over Interstate 65. Hart-Love Builders will serve as general contractor, with Quirk Designs as the architect and Dale & Associates as the land-planner and engineer. Each is based in Nashville.
