Townhomes eyed for Salemtown | Nashville Post
Nashville-based TAB Homebuilders owns the multi-parcel site at 1825-1835 Third Ave. N. The 1.18-acre site sits at the southwest corner of the intersection of Third and Coffee Street, near where Third crosses over Interstate 65. Hart-Love Builders will serve as general contractor, with Quirk Designs as the architect and Dale & Associates as the land-planner and engineer. Each is based in Nashville. The Nashville-based boutique development company will undertake the project at 1402 Buchanan St. Its permit is valued at about $460,000. Jackson Builders created an LLC to acquire for $400,000 the 0.34-acre site in mid-2019. The company will serve as general contractor.
