The Nashville-based boutique development company will undertake the project at 1402 Buchanan St. Its permit is valued at about $460,000. Jackson Builders created an LLC to acquire for $400,000 the 0.34-acre site in mid-2019. The company will serve as general contractor. Roberto Gutierrez, Jackson Builders' managing partner, recently told the Post the team is eyeing a December 2021 construction completion, with hopes of having tenants occupy the building by the following April.
