MANILA - The Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) and the Bureau of Customs (BOC) recently inked a landmark memorandum of agreement to provide clients a more efficient, secure, hassle-free and reliable online payment system of customs duties and taxes. The online payment system through the PHLPost website www.phlpost.gov.ph aims to eliminate fraud in compliance with Republic Act 11032, also known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act.
