New Italian takeaway coming to Bolton Market
A NEW Italian street food stall is set to open at the market at the start of next week. Sapori Di Casa, which translates to ‘the flavours of home’, is set to open in Bolton Market on Tuesday. This will be the first food shop for engaged couple Luca Polla and Giusy Di Martino. The pair say the shop will sell “proper Italian street food”and they hope to use all of their experience working in restaurants to bring the best food they can to Bolton. Luca and Giusy have both been working in other people's eateries for over 10 years.
