Villagers in Crossford plunged into darkness for a week
VILLAGERS in Crossford have seen the light for the first time in a week as streetlight issues have been resolved. Homeowners on Anderson Avenue, Dean Drive, Dean Grove and Lundin Road were plunged into darkness on December 5. Locals had complained to Aude Boubaker-Calder, Liberal Democrat candidate for the upcoming Scottish Parliament elections, about the faults which had left many elderly residents feeling scared and vulnerable.
