SIU team to travel to Australia to study eclipse, prepare for 2024 event at home
It’s going to get dark Down Under later this month, and Southern Illinois University Carbondale faculty, staff and students will be on the scene to study it when the moon obscures the sun, in a practice run for the 2024 total solar eclipse back home.
