这个小小的生态绿地沿河修建，西边紧邻黄埔区少年宫与黄埔区科技馆，东边与广州香雪国际公寓、粤港澳创新中心等相望，在高楼的包围下，这里俨然是一片“城市绿洲”。其中每一处景观都藏有小小的惊喜，或是花繁锦簇、或是主题乐园、或是观景亭台、或是生态绿道。

首度曝光！广州地铁新线网规划5条高速地铁、11条快速地铁_广州日报大洋网


记者13日获悉，18号线北延段、22号线北延段正在进行第三次环评公告，环评报告首度曝光了《广州市轨道交通线网规划（2018-2035）》（下简称“新线网规划”）。该规划于2019年12月经市委常委会审议通过，2020年11月获得市政府批复，目前已有进一步调整。
高速地铁
新线网规划重点增加了160公里/小时等级的高速地铁，即广州都市圈快线网络层次，从广州中心延伸接入佛山、东莞、中山、珠海等广州周边城市中心，构建广州至周边城市中心1小时轨道经济生活通勤圈。同时，通过地铁线网与国铁、城际网络的一体化衔接融合，强化广州国家中心城市地位，支撑大湾区核心城市的引领功能。
5条高速地铁有2条已经在建、1条已经以大湾区城际的身份获批，另外2条在规划中。在建的线路为：18号线（南北快线），线路在广州境内里程为131.4公里 ....

　　一年以来，该区乘着省级旧改试点的东风，积极探索老城市新活力的高效模式，城市更新各项指标数据持续领跑全市，不断刷新旧改“黄埔速度”，拆迁攻坚行动启动一周年战果丰硕
　　记者获悉，截至2021年6月，该区“三旧”改造标图建库总用地面积52.63平方公里，累计批复城市更新项目127个，拆除面积2740万平方米，开工面积1479万平方米，竣工面积453万平方米，建成安置房8590套，启动老旧小区微改造项目67个，完成固定资产投资1281亿元。
　　其中2021年1至6月，全区拆除旧村822万平方米，同比增长140%，占全市总量的80%；完成固定资产投资281亿元，同比增长240%，占全市总额的34%；完成商品房销售54万平方米，同比增长516%。该区连续四年在全市“三旧”改造工作年度考核中排名第一。
