Elmira College reacts to cloudy eclipse
Millions of people across the country were able to see the full solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. While those at Elmira College did not get to see it, they still had a great time. The campus’ street lights turned on for a few minutes as the city grew dim. Clouds blocked the view of the eclipse.
