NHS Employers, which is part of the NHS Confederation, described the webinar on Wednesday as a “knowledge sharing session between employers and HR professionals”. It said attendees would “hear employers share their successes of using the role and celebrate how nursing associates have contributed to the NHS workforce supply”. “Their approach to implementing drug and IV administration supports the scale up of the role within the NHS workforce,” it added.
