Norway: Equinor drills dry well near the Norne field in the Norwegian Sea
Equinor, operator of production licence PL 943, has concluded the drilling of wildcat well 6607/12-5. The well, which was drilled about 18 kms west of the Norne field in the Norwegian Sea, is being permanently plugged and abandoned as dry, with traces of gas.
